Maximizing Access to Research Careers (MARC)

The MARC Program seeks to develop a diverse pool of undergraduates who complete their baccalaureate degree, and transition into and complete biomedical Ph.D. degree programs.

The IMSD program at UCI currently focuses on increasing the pool of underrepresented graduate students that complete their Ph.D. degrees and pursue biomedical research careers.

Broadening Research Achievement in Neurosciences (BRAiN)

The BRAiN program works increase the pool of UCI undergraduates and community college students from diverse backgrounds underrepresented in biomedical neuroscience research to enter and excel in Ph.D. programs in the neurosciences and to become independent investigators and faculty role models for young underrepresented students.
